Populations Served


The R.O.S.E. Fund helps empower women survivors of domestic violence to regain their self-esteem and aims to end violence against women and their children.  We fulfill our mission through several programs, including financial assistance, free cooking and nutrition workshops, and free reconstructive surgery.

Special Considerations


  • Applicants must have successfully broken the cycle of violence and have been away from their abuser for at least one year.
  • Some programs require referral nominations.
  • While personal information is kept in strict confidence, some programs encourage women to publicly acknowledge receipt of the services, but it is not required.
