Prevention Connection is featuring a link to materials from a recent webinar that features a guest appearance by Laura Fidler of the New York City Alliance Against Sexual Assault. Countering norms that contribute to the production of cultures of violence is a key element of any effort to prevent violence in a lasting, comprehensive way. This webinar highlighted specific strategies and efforts that seek to change norms related to gendered violence and examined different norms with regard to their historical context, distinct challenges, and opportunities for collaborative work.
