SEEKING SUPPORT?
The Alliance has compiled a number of resources available for survivors, their friends and families, and professionals assisting survivors in New York City.

Technical Assistance

The Health and Forensic Services Project (HFSP) at the Alliance provides technical assistance to SAFE Centers, developing SAFE Centers, and other hospital emergency departments by reviewing progress on a citywide level, developing and discussing standards of care and protocols, dealing with operational issues, and providing opportunities for problem solving and resource sharing between programs.

HFSP technical assistance gives executive guidance and also facilitates system-wide and inter-institutional communication, cooperation, coordination, and collaboration at the operational level, providing a contact and a vehicle for the collection and dissemination of information about sexual assault programs, services, and practices.

For more information on technical assistance provided by HFSP, contact the Alliance's Health and Forensic Services Project, at hfsp@nycagainstrape.org.
