The drug has a number of properties that restore erection, the active substance is completely identical to the original and has the same effect. The active substance helps to relax the smooth muscles of the arteries, creating a sufficient flow of blood to the sexual organ. It does not lead to an erection, but creates all the conditions for it. This means that an erection will occur only if you take a pill and create an appropriate intimate atmosphere, suggesting sexual intercourse.
