Compliance and Diversity Training Specialist

Queens College is looking for someone to conduct training for students, faculty and administrators in the Queens College community as needed to support the College’s compliance efforts with the CUNY Policy on
Sex Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and other applicable state and local laws relating to sex discrimination and sexual misconduct.


This individual besides conducting training, will update discrimination prevention training materials, collaborate with members of the college community to review training needs, maintain records of training sessions etc.
Minimum requirement is a bachelor degree, some experience would be preferred. Must have the ability to create programs and build partnerships with other departments. Organized and able to set up, coordinate and execute programs.
